Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

We know people elsewhere want our games. Join the waitlist on the home page and we'll tell you when we ship to your country.

Delivery cost

Delivery to UK addresses is included in the price of the box.

Whatever you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no charges added afterwards.

How long it takes

For items we hold in stock, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery normally takes 2–3 working days. We'll email you a tracking link when your order is on its way.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items ship on the date shown on their product page — not when you order. For the First Edition Box we expect to dispatch on or around 1 October 2026.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. See Returns & Cancellations.

Digital items

Codes and downloadable content are delivered by email, usually within a few minutes of your order. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then contact us.

If we're late

We will email you if a dispatch date moves, and we'll do it as soon as we know rather than on the day.

Your legal position: unless we've agreed something different with you, we must deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we miss that, or miss a delivery date we agreed was essential, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Delivery problems

Nothing arrived. Contact us at support@suss.game and we will chase the carrier and sort it out.
Damaged in transit. Send us a photo — we can usually send a replacement straight away without waiting for the original back.
Wrong address. Tell us before dispatch and we'll change it. After dispatch we'll help, but we can't guarantee the carrier can redirect.

Goods become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

Replacement components are available to buy separately. If something is missing or damaged in a new order, we'll send the part free — see Returns & Cancellations.
